      I realise an internet stranger giving dietary advice is annoying af. But youd be better off skipping breakfast entirely than eating "liquid breakfast" or an equivalent.

      But to answer your question - up and go, to me, tastes kinda plasticy. So nexba couldn't be worse, could it?

      A great emergency food to keep in the work fridge for those days you can't be bothered or didn't bring enough food. The question is tho…. sweet or savoury? It makes all the difference

      You should look for basmati rice grains that are long and old. India Gate classic is the best basmati rice that you can get in Australia. Indian grocery stores should have it for around $15 for a 5 kg bag
