They are high in protein but have just as much fat or more. In a 60gm cookie they have between 15 and 17gm of fat (10gm of SATURATED FATS). Thats 25% total fat. These "low carb" bars and cookies often hide a lot more than you think.

Their protein bars are generally lower fat and higher in protein.

      perfect for keto 😀

    • Nothing wrong with fat. I assume if you're consuming these your weight training. You'll burn it off. Otherwise there's no reason to be eating this processed junk lol.

That’s the thinking from the 90s and before. Fats (the right ones) are very good

        • Outdated thinking. Good kind of fats is good and important. It's only when you have too much of the bad fats like this cookie here having 10gm of saturated fats out of a 60gm cookie. Good or bad fats regardless will also have a lot of calories so bad for someone wanting to lose weight.

@firestint: You can't call outdated thinking and then try and tell us that fat is bad for weight loss because it's calorie dense!

It's all about how the body processes carbs, protein, and fats.

Fat is dense in calories, not good if you want to lose weight in your varied diet.

        • Dense in calories sure, but it’s best at keeping you satiated (it’s the last to leave the digestive tract) - there’s research out there that shows people eat less (especially snack less) when on a high fat diet and overall calorie consumption in a day is actually reduced

    Quest's stuff tastes horribly artificial.

  • It's kind of frustrating how Amazon are only cheap when they are matching the big boy supermarkets.

    • You haven't looked/used Amazon long enough if you think that's true.
Amazon have some really, really good supermarket deals regularly.

      • You couldn't be more wrong. It is extremely common for Amazon to drop the prices only when they are trying to price beat the supermarkets e.g. half price specials

    If only they tasted good.

I really wish these tasted good!!!
Never again will I buy these!

  • 2 dollars for a cookie, do i look rich?

  • I highly rate these and bought 3 boxes. Put a biscuit in the microwave for 15 seconds and they're heaven. I have a big sweet tooth so these subdue the cravings when they get really bad.

  • Gonna stack these with the last Musashi deal at Chemist Warehouse. Hoping to build some muscles. Spend most time in sitting in the office.

  • Just get those low sugar nut bars from the supermarket when on special, they're 10g of protein. 2 of them would be cheaper than one of these.
