  Im not sure who wrote all the reviews on this but it is so bad. It does nothing. It’s so noisy I can’t use it at night as it wakes my partner and baby. I can’t see how your supposed to relax. Also I don’t get any massage benefit from it.
  The charging ability don’t last
  The instructions and box are in such broken English I’m not sure how it ever passed any checks!!
  Waste of money

    It vibrates and generates pressure by air. If someone expects no noise, get a new brain. Or just use it away from partner and baby - don't need a new brain.

  For what it's worth, my partner has this exact model and she said it helps with her tired eyes and tension headaches. She likes the warming function and often falls asleep with the mask on. The only downside is that on a warm day it gets sweaty if left on for too long and since it's non-absorbent it can feel damp, like after you get off a gym bench. It does make it very easy to disinfect and wipe clean though; plus it does recommend to only use for 15mins at a time.

  In terms of the noise, it sounds like one of those deluxe electronic massage chairs during the shiatsu massage mode. Agreed it can be noisy at first so she uses it with meditation music from her phone connected her AirPod pros. The bluetooth on this device allows you to connect to your phone for custom playlist but the music volume from the massager isn't loud enough to completely drown out the mechanical noises.

  Personally I've learnt to filter out the noise so it doesn't bother me anymore even with her lying next to me. It just sounds like white noise in the background to me now. Not sure if a baby could learn to ignore the sound as per that review above, but on a side note, we used to let our baby sleep in noisy environments all the time so eventually they could sleep anywhere without us needing to ensure complete silence as that was just not practical when out of the house.

  I bought it at close to $60 and wife is mostly happy with it so for $37 I'd say give it a go and if it doesn't meet it's intended purpose (ie, can't relax because it's too noisy and wakes the baby and does not reduce eye soreness etc) then just return via Amazon refund. I've had excellent seamless refund experiences with Amazon compared with eBay. Literally it has taken me weeks of arguing with eBay sellers and eBay compared with just chatting with Amazon returns for a few minutes.
