    Major problem is spare parts & accessories, got a TCL Plex for the misso, she smashed the screen, only replacement option is from Ali & costs around ~USD$50, no cases available either, only the original hard plastic case it came with. Replaced screen then gave the phone to my daughter, then she smashed the screen, not worth repairing now as i would've spent over half the value of the phone replacing 2x screens..

    Hopefully the new models are more popular & better supported.. YMMV

      It's worse with Sony, since they only sell phones in a few countries overseas, and you have to deal with Hong Kong and postage costs for repairs. A lot of people still buy them, and they make my favourite phones.

  I have the Plex and goggle assistant is not working. It has to be a problem with the OS.
