  The hidden QR code is at the actual physical location of the restaurant, right? Not in an email or social media post?

    So you have to find a QR code hidden "somewhere"… Not sure why you'd go all the way into Darling Harbour on the off-chance that you might find a code and get a free meal..

  Sounds a bit like a SCAM to me…

  You have to go all the way their to the physical cafe to see if you can get the free meal… No other way of checking whether all have already been redeemed.

  Also, there's not way to verify that there are really 100 available…

  Sounds like marketing to me; get people to go to the area, and if they don't get the offered deal they might just eat there (or nearby) anyway.
  And they have limited their exposure / costs.

      Of course, that is why I said "…eat there (or nearby)…".
      The link is to the Darling Harbour site; they wouldn't care if you ate at Blackbird or any of the others, but most punters wouldn't leave DH if they are already there and hungry.

        There’s a Maccas in DH as plan B :)
