I got the delay e-mail last week too. I'll give them a ring this morning. I did get access to the '2 for 1 movie tickets for 3 months' offer, but I've not used it, as I really wanted the Pamper Me offer.
I'm building my points balance up slowly each month and it would be a shame if every redemption ended up being this slow.
Just gave them a call. The phone line doesn't open until 9:30. The guy on the phone sounded surprised that I hadn't received anything since claiming from last year, but he said he would pass on my details to a colleague who's supposed to give me an e-mail by tonight. If I don't hear back, I'm supposed to call back.

It's the person who later emails you back, that you ask for the list.

Thanks so much for posting the list. It's readable, so I'm not fussed about pretty formatting in this case.
I just got an e-mail from Nescafe Rewards with a voucher attached for a particular salon in the CBD, which suits me great. However, my name's been spelled all wrong; I don't think that will matter though. The salon doesn't appear to be listed in your post, but it looks like the treatment I'm getting is worth $45 according to their website, which is great and it looks much better than most of the above offers!
Edit: Just re-read your list closely and looks like what I've been allocated is much, much, much better than the list, in terms of both the service and the location!

Maybe ask if they have an updated location list and let them know you would prefer XYZ service at ABC location and see if they can do anything?
I got an email from them saying that there is a delay in getting the gifts out :s
I got that email too and I was in the middle of getting my voucher processed. (ie I'd spoken with them, was emailing back and forth about selection)
They might get around to it. But for those who are tired of waiting, I'd ring now.
I got an email on the 18th : We'd like to let you know that unfortunately there may be a 2 week delay in delivering the rewards you have redeemed. We assure you that we are working to ensure that the delay is kept to a minimum and that your reward will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.

Ha got my pamper me reward in the mail today, finally. The list of venues have somewhat changed for SA, the one I went to last time isnt listed anymore.
Note that your treatment may not be exactly the same as a paying one. Last time I went for a free express facial, apparently was supposed to go for 45 mins- stated on their "menu". Mine went for about 30 mins and that includes waiting for the facial and the sales talk at the end.
I had the same experience as JLove and was waiting till I sorted it all out.
I rang the number near the end of the thread. They confirmed my contact details and said, sorry, it is all taking a while. They said someone should get back to me in the next couple of weeks or more.
I said I'd already rung and that's exactly what I was told before.
I was told they'd mark it to be expedited.
Within the next hour I got an email from someone who I've been dealing with. They check your location and send you the list that is applicable.
If you are in Victoria, it's not too big a list, so you could ask if they can instead send you the list of services for the state.
Failing that they have other options you can take, depending on availability.
2 movie tickets
2 for 1 on movie tickets for a month or more (I forget)
Some open day vouchers
Some other 2 for 1 vouchers
But I think it's the same as JLove said.
If you don't ring, you won't get sorted out any time soon (if at all :S).
So, you might want to give them a call over the coming couple of weeks, asking them if they can expedite your voucher's processing and then asking the person who emails you, if you could look at the list of services for the state.
