Maximum weight capacity would only be good for one Besser block.
You can also re-use an old kids table and glue/tape a few Lego base plates on top.
True, but the base plates would be worth more than $19.
Good point, but these base plates are not official Lego ones either. Just don't like buying something that's 95% table 5% base plates which will be chucked out in a few years time.
The other side of the table top is flat without the base plates so technically you can use it as a table if you don’t like the base plates side.
Does it work with Duplo?
No, it doesn’t. Different sizes.
Duplo has always fit onto Lego bases. Obviously doesn't "latch" as firmly as Lego.
Yes you’re right about this.
True but Duplo has a lot of rounded pieces, which won't fit these plates. Nor will the big pieces. We've got a similar table from KMart - fits Duplo square blocks (though they pop off). It can be quite frustrating for the little one but still better than nothing.
Should still work, but not as firm as attaching to a duplo block.
Got one before, the off brand Lego baseplates glue unstuck within a couple of days of use.
Been this price for at least a month. Am waiting for the one with the drawings to drop in pricing.
Which ones with drawings?
Austral bricks?
