Firstly this is more than RRP which is why I'm making it a forum post, not an OzBargain Deal, because it's still not a deal.

But for those of you hunting this chip: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X $1,299 shipped from Amazon AU (+shipping or free with Prime). Five in stock as of 09:42 on Tuesday 11 May 2021.

    I bought a 3600 for my X370 to tide me over until the 5950X was released. I didn't know AMD was not only going to backpedal from their promise it would work but go out of their way to artificially block compatibility. That hurt.
