Do You Think This Ugg Boot Website Is Legit?

I placed an order at this site yesterday, and now I have a sinking feeling the website is not legit

http://www.uggaustraliawebsite.com

It looks real enough, but no ABN, no contact number. In fact, I think I'm going to call my bank.

It's honestly called "Ugg Australia Website"?
Best case, you may get your stuff but direct from China….I'd call the bank ASAP.

    Lol

  • No, use of Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is a UK thing.
    Just avoid…

  • That is one fUGGly site.

  • Yeah, that sinking feeling. I called my bank and even though the transaction is still pending, there's nothing they can do to stop it. Best they can do is dispute the charge with the merchant once it goes through. Sigh.

    • You didn't pay via bank transfer did you?

      • No, credit card.

  • I would not trust. the same website here with the same shipping info word for word. https://www.suprashoesaustralias.com/shippinginfo.html

  • How you spell PRCDUCTS?

If you look at the Shipping information, it talks about the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013. This is a UK regulation and has no application in Australia.

It's usually easiest to catch scam websites by reading through their bottom links, shipping, privacy policy, etc as they almost always copy/paste from another scam website and they usually reference another country like the EU or USA.
