Excellent. going strong.
No need for non stick,!Hi,
Could you please elaborate on non-stick part? what type of food are you preparing? are you saying that the Frypan is non-stick?
The set itself is not non-stick per se, but it is easy to clean with a soft scourer or gentle steel wool if required. I am a fan of stainless steel pots for their ease of use and ability to hold heat well without worrying that the utensil is going to scratch the non-stick coating. Great for making sauces, blanching veggies and soups.
For stainless steel frying pans can be used if you put enough oil or liquid in it and use the right temperature to keep the food from sticking, it's a little be more fiddly to cook with but once you're used to it, its easy to clean up and no worry about what utensil you can use with it.
Saying that, I still use non-stick ceramic coated frying pan and wok as I prefer to cook with less oil.
It's all down to cooking preference
Saw these at Costco today. They are for $70 less than the advertised price. Looks and feels great. Haven't used them
https://www.costco.com.au/Kitchen-Laundry-Appliances/Kitchen…I got this. They are good but the missus finds them too heavy. And she does most I mean almost all of the cooking.
Has anyone used these before? thank you in advance
