Might want to indicate that these amounts are in USD @OP.

    • Thanks, it was updated.

what!? no code for $500 000 transfers. Sad :(

    • Well you can activate multiple promo codes, there was a previous deal for 25k deposit as well.
Holding the crypto was a deal in its self, Matic, Ltc, Eth, Etc surged the last few weeks that gain is much more then any reward.

Should be one for $43 million.

  • Can I take out $200 USD then put it back in?

    • You can but leave at least 3 days before putting it back in and activating the code. You may also want to add slightly more to the balance.

      • You might want to check out the T&C's Disqualifications section point 17. Seems withdrawing between the announcement of the promo and you making the qualifying deposit could disqualify you from the bonus

  • Any idea how long this would be active for? From past such offers?

    • Normally a few days from release but the code should be active 14 days after they are added.

    • There's no time limit but generally you want to activate before Fridays(Newyork time) when new codes might be released.

Looks like it costs more in fees to transfer out of Binance than the reward itself.

FTX is more reasonable. Free for everything that's not ERC-20 (Ethereum and coins using that network)

      • Thanks for the recommendation

      • shouldn't we choose ERC-20 for all transfers?

        • +3

No use native chain BTC, LTC, EOS, Dot, XLM, ETC and more have there own blockchains. All ERC-20 tokens like link, Matic and things you send using ERC-20.

BUSD send using ERC-20, Celsius plans to add BNB soon so hopefully they support some of the other binance chains then.

They are also working on adding layer 2 deposits.

    Thanks OP.

$2.5M of ETC will be worth at least 5 fold in 6 months

        ETH is ETC on steroids

        • +2

I doubt, I would see and expect ETC dropping in price together with DOGE, BCH and LTC in the next few days after SNL.

          • @tajid: Anything Is possible, I have a pm from someone that wanted to invest 10k in some dog coin before it went parabolic as a joke. Jokes on him now.

          • +1

@tajid: Thats what people told me when i bought 5k of ETC when it dropped to $25 in the latest crypto crash.
Should reach at least $250 since its built on ETC fork and as people realise its basically the same as ETH

So far been lucky with ETC, CHZ, FTM, MDX, WIN, DGB, BTT and WIN. Stick with your instincs … you may loose money but thats a normal part of investing

            • @easternculture: Isn't ETC just the original ETH before the scalability upgrade/ fork?
So basically old ETH? What do you see as the advantages in it?

  • Been looking at that for a while, looks like I'll take the dive soon.

Hi guys, whats the cheapest way of getting funds into celsius? Planning to buy some USDT stablecoin. Thanks

    • +1

Gemini no withdrawal fee for GUSD or USDT.

      • Gemini doesn't support USDT. cheapest for Tether is FTX. Gemini does have GUSD or DAI which are free to withdraw.

        • Can now also buy USDT, and just about everything else via Binance for no fee. I've been dollar cost average buying a few in the dips from Binance direct (Cake, ADA, SNX etc …all no fee).

Not sure the cost to send to Celcius. Be the same as the others though wouldn't it?

Sounds like no BEP20 support on Celcius?

          • @tunzafun001: Sounds like they will be implementing some layer 2 solutions at some point like Matic.

Binance charges $40usd to withdraw Tether currently on the erc20 network, ftx is $10USD (changes based on blockchain fees)

            • @shadowangel: So Binance's fee is $40 over the blockchain fees? or they both have different rates for the blockchain fee?

I assume FTX's wallet UI would be much nicer than Binance's (no easy overview if i'm up/ down, what i paid etc).

Also, just from another post, I saw you have ZIL. I picked up some a couple of days ago. Where is the best place to send it (from Binance) for staking? or will the fees be huge for ZIL as well? Not ERC 20 though is it?

              • @tunzafun001: Binance fee is a flat rate. Ftx uses the block chain network fees which should nearly always be lower.

ZIL. I picked up some a couple of days ago. Where is the best place to send it

You can stake directly in Moonlet wallet, Zilswap also has pools. I recommend at least 1k Zil to make staking worth it.
Rewards are Zil + GZil so there's a decent return.

  • Guys - is there a way to claim both the 40 and 600 bonus?
Say, if i deposited $25,405 worth of crypto will I get both?
Can I deposit $400 worth claim the 40, then 25k and claim the 600?
    Cheers

    • Yes, you can claim the referral plus BTC50, BTC250
      so that's 340usd.
You just need to meet the terms for each.
