What is the cheapest you have found so far?

    • Cannot find any deals.. all are $549…

  • It's a Dyson with a regular price of $549. You will be hard pressed to get anything off, let alone 30% off.

Do you have Qantas or Virgin frequent flyer points? Both sell it for about 95000 points. If you don't have enough points, you can use you can use Points+Pay on both stores.

    • Yes I do have just enough, but it’s again at full price.. wondering if any discount any place else ?

if you have an old EOL dyson product, dyson will give you a hefty 40% off

    • Will vacuum works or should be the same product?

    • Couldn’t find this in their AU website, do you have a link to this?

      • You need to ring them

        • Correct. I’ve done it a few times with their dust buster. You’ll get UP to 40% off voucher, though. I previously got 2 x 25% off vouchers (but they did say if I was upgrading from a dust buster to a full size vacuum, the discount would be bigger)

You need to supply the call centre with your serial number of the EOL device

          • @87percent: How do you know if your device is EOL? Eol means end of life yea?

Is your hair magical or something, what's wrong with the $9.95 hairdryer from Kmart.

I think this is the most over engineered item for its purpose. Is it really that much better than a $10 one. Ok it looks better, but for function I suggest not. Any one own one that can argue it's worth. Sounds like they don't get much cheaper

If the hair-dryer is anything like their hand-dryers (compared to "normal" ones) - then yes. Always like it when I find a public restroom with the Dyson hand-dryers. So much better than the old warm air blowers.

I'm not sure if the engineering is all that great, the marketing sure is though…
