I believe that Kogan cashback is generally only available for New Customers (other than promos), and this deal is inclusive of Existing Customers. So yes this deal is distinguished in that it's available for everyone (rather than new customers only).
Same thing happens with Boozebud also, they usually run cashback for new customers (or increased rates for new) and then run promos the same for everyone on occasion.

Just bought something on Kogan about 15 mins ago. The transaction is now shown in my bank account as pending. I logged onto Kogan and it says no order has been linked to my account yet. Does anyone experience this before? I was trying to combine this with the CBA cashback offer as well.
