    • I have that wallet and can recommend. Well constructed, good quality leather. Wipe down with RM Williams leather conditioner now and then and it keeps a nice shine. I've had mine for about a year and no signs of wear. The longhorn logo on the outside looks nice. Plenty card slots and comfortable in the pocket. I don't keep any coins in the coin pocket though.

I like the wallet but i'm put off by the bogan symbol that is embedded onto it.

      • Country is not bogan. Westies and eshays are bogans

Not suprised they are heavily discounting bulky wallets with coin pouches - who is still looking for large wallets in 2021?

@ColonialBoy: I store nearly all my cards now on my phone wallet

          • @ColonialBoy: Stocard and NFC.

          • @ColonialBoy: Why bother carrying those cards with you everywhere though?

Plus, pretty much every store card has an app or the card can be stored on your phone wallet. Most are just barcodes.

            • @Harold Halfprice: By phone wallet do you mean an app? Or do I just digitise the cards & put in the android download area? I refuse to pay for phone internet.

              • @ColonialBoy: You can digitise the cards. Samsung pay for example has a section specifically for loyalty cards. I'm sure other wallets are similar. Otherwise you can just take a photo of the card and keep it on your phone

I don't understand how you can refuse to pay for phone internet though - in this day and age… What kind of a phone plan doesn't offer internet anyway?

If its the one linked above which I have in front of me, there are 12 slots that can store cards.

    What's a wallet?

I've not seen a good affordable coin holding wallet in the last 5 years. Mines about 10 years old now and severely in need of replacing. This would be a great replacement but if only it was also online! By the time I get there might be sold out lol

  • I prefer one of these for my coins https://www.rooballs.com/coin-pouch-three-lucky-coins

Who's still rocking an old Billabong wallet?

    • Lol, I upgraded to Quiksilver.

      • Lah dee dah! Mr Fancy pants over here!

    • Strapped to a chain that clips onto your pants?

      • Is there another way to rock them!?

  • i guess the mods changed the title.

this is NOT at myer. this is at the RM Williams store, in the Myer Centre in Brisbane

  • Can we use the free Queen Street Mall gc($30)… (Received couple days ago) at the store? lol

  • I have only ever used cheap leather wallets that last a year or thereabouts and then the cards cut through them. So what is the deal with a high priced wallet, do they last longer ? Credit cards seem to be wallet killers …Does this one come with a card proof jacket ? I have always wondered why people buy wallets that are pricey..rather men's wallets..can someone who has bought both cheaper vesrion and more expensive ones comment. Not angel dust swiped with unicorn sweat leather..real leather wallets.. are the expensive ones better than the cheaper ones ? I would imagine most are made from rejected pieces that cannot be used in anything else.

    • going by the comments here, yes they last longer. theres people here saying they have had theres for 10 years

      • Sweet, will give it a go then

      • I've got an Aviator (says 'Genuine Leather' on it) for 10 years also. Only part that is broken is the logo insert that has 'come free' and moves about.
Not sure how much it costs (to compare to this) as it was a gift.

    • I’ve got a genuine leather wallet I bought at the Queen Vic market about 8 years ago. Showing some wear now, but still working well.

Seems like it might actually be leather after all….

  • I bought about 10 of the KL china market replicas last time I bought wallets and never needed to buy wallets again for almost 10 years, the 9th one is on it's last legs.. so boys whats the go here ? Leather off cuts stitched or glued together..do these last longer ?

  • Thanks OP. If anyone purchases the discounted belt please send the detail (price / model). Hopefully I can use this promotion in Sydney to attempt a price match 🤷‍♂️

  • Ive had this wallet for around 8-10yrs its been falling apart for about 5 but still going strong. When it started unstitching in the notes section I thought it was rubbish and bought a backup Calvin wallet, but 5yrs later the Calvin is still in my spares drawer. So I'd have to say I recommend it.
