I guess the only thing to be aware of is this thing's a battery powered quartz, and there have historically been a few solar powered watches in the V8 Supercar range over the years if that was a preference for you. Still, for $99, these are fine. I have a solar powered PX5011X which is very similar to the V8 SC series which continues to tick happily along.

  I have one of these too and I think they cost $75 shipped. They're ok for what they are… seiko vk/vd movt. and mineral glass. Basically throwaway shitters you dont mind giving up if someone mugs you.
