I can't log into my Kogan account. I enter my Password and it says that a verification pin will be sent to my email for new device but it doesnt. So I tried request resetting my password but their reset email won't arrive to my inbox or junk mail no matter what I do. My email address is correct as they been spamming me with junks and I successfully log in before.
I want to contact their customers representative to help me out, but ironically, I have to login into my account to contact them which I can't!
I only want to use their website because I still have credits left and take advantage of Cba $30 and spend $100 offer else I wouldn't even bother.
Does anyone have their direct phone line or email addresses or something?

EDIT: First Reply was correct. The email address [email protected] (for One Time Password (OTP) new device) was actually blocked. (I actually knew my password but couldn't log in due to new device detection)
Have you maybe accidentally blocked a Kogan e-mail address? I was getting T2 promotional e-mail, but not the order confirmation (different e-mail addresses), and didn't realise
