How Can I Contact Kogan without Login in?

Hello,

I can't log into my Kogan account. I enter my Password and it says that a verification pin will be sent to my email for new device but it doesnt. So I tried request resetting my password but their reset email won't arrive to my inbox or junk mail no matter what I do. My email address is correct as they been spamming me with junks and I successfully log in before.

I want to contact their customers representative to help me out, but ironically, I have to login into my account to contact them which I can't!

I only want to use their website because I still have credits left and take advantage of Cba $30 and spend $100 offer else I wouldn't even bother.

Does anyone have their direct phone line or email addresses or something?

EDIT: First Reply was correct. The email address [email protected] (for One Time Password (OTP) new device) was actually blocked. (I actually knew my password but couldn't log in due to new device detection)

    Have you maybe accidentally blocked a Kogan e-mail address? I was getting T2 promotional e-mail, but not the order confirmation (different e-mail addresses), and didn't realise

    • Thanks for the suggestion. How do I check if I have accidentally block them on Hotmail? I havent thought of that, although I don't ever remember going out of my way to block them so I don't think so. Ive been getting a lot of their promotional emails.

        • Go into your Hotmail on a browser
        • Click on Settings in the top right hand corner (gear icon) and search for Blocked
        • Click on Blocked Senders and Domains
        • Search for Kogan in your Blocked Senders and Domains list.

        Sometimes if there are spammers who spoof company e-mail addresses, you may inadvertently block them when trying to bulk block e-mails. Not sure if [email protected] is a real e-mail address, however it was in my block list as I got junk e-mail that had nothing to do with Myer from that e-mail address.

            @username999: You learn something new every day! :) If it makes you feel better, I accidentally blocked the Gmail domain so I was accusing my Gmail-using friends of not sending me crucial e-mails when they actually did 😅

        • Thanks, first reply was actually correct. I somehow blocked them. Just unblocked them now so it's all good.

  • I had this exact same problem and just kept logging in for a week or so until one of the emails eventually arrived. Good luck..
