It’s pretty simple, the guarantee promises that if your drinks order takes longer than ONE HOUR to arrive at your house, BWS will give you free delivery (when you order online) on our next order!

    Actually pretty clever. If they fail in their first promise, they lock you in to sell you more. The cost of delivery for them is fixed, presumably. Increasing sales, by this weird enticement/offer, then effectively reduces their costs as a proportion of sales.
