Got an email from eBay this morning. Voucher looks targeted but it's a free $5 off a $5.01+ spend.
I won't be using the voucher so someone can take the voucher in pic (might be locked to account though I suppose, have a try anyway).

I have just had an order come late, and they gave me a $5 voucher. Then a part was missing, so they sent that and it was late - so they gave me another $5 voucher. Voucher seemed to come from ebay not the seller?
Seems like they have a "sales" drive of some sort on at the moment?
I had the same thing, an item was late so they gave me a voucher. That was around last Christmas, though, so I suspect it's been ongoing for a while. Good way to ensure repeat business.
The only problem with these good will vouchers is that you cannot stack them with any other coupon codes. Only gift cards.

My account stopped getting $5 off vouchers when I trialed ebay plus. :/
These are easy to get - just make a new account, watch a few items and not purchase anything for 1 or 2 weeks

I got similar voucher $5 tasty off, but it wont let me buy stuff under $5. Keeps saying "CHECK YOUR PAYMENT METHOD"
And the one i have got it doesn't say minimum $5.01 SpendBloody typical ebay support making excuses such as
ONLY EBAY ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE (Doesnt say in Ts&Cs)
