    saw a sign at Woolworths in deli section that said they can’t as the weight tends to be higher when frozen and thus when thawed at home it looks like they undersold and is against some fair trading code. However I saw the sign during covid lockdowns last year and it hasn’t reappeared so maybe someone better acquainted with retail codes could chime in.

    If you want one frozen and the store has stock, they should be happy to sell it to you frozen. As it has a set price, it’s fine to sell frozen!
