Road Conditions around Kosciuszko National Park

There is Alpine way from Jindabyne to Khancoban, which is in pretty good condition for driving. Does anybody know about Swampy Plains Creek rd, Tooma rd, and Happy Jacks rd which are on the northern side of the park? Can I drive a regular car? Thanks.

      They didn't drive there. It's hard to judge by low res satellite images.

    I doubt a irregular car is better.

    I had a quick look on nearmaps at Happy Jacks Road and it looks to be unsealed in some sections. It would be doable in a regular car, the speed and ride comfort is unknown though.

    I'd call the national parks service and ask. They usually have detailed info for emergency services etc.
