  • Anyone know which day the booking.com sale will be this week and how much? Cashrewards has 12% until the 14th so want to know if it's worth waiting.

  • +4

Lmao all of the usual Shopback haters are suspiciously quiet today.

    • +3

Maybe they quietly put in an order and their cashback was tracked

    • +1

Agreed. This deal has only been negged by 6 users compared to 550 upvotes.

  • Are eBay private listings for second hand stuff included if the items falls under an eligible category?

  • Is this only for one transaction / checkout or can do multiple?

    • i would like to know this as well.
25% / $30 per transaction or total max cashback?

  • +1

Noob question : if you use the SITEWIDE promo code will 25% cash back still work ?

    • No code is allowed expect shown on shopback

    • I am curious as OP has included SITEWIDE in the description but I cannot see it listed on shopback

      • +1

        It's in there now.

  • Thanks OP

  • There must be a lot of exclusion with ebay purchase

    • The usual exclusion as normal I guess

      • Probably the usual Vouchers, Coupons, Stamps, Tickets, Coins, Money, Gold Bullion, Cars, Motorbikes, Boats

  • +2

If only liqourland had a better selection of whiskey at a decent price

  • -2

    Hey Shopback
Please confirm if ebay gift cards are eligible with ebay cashback.
    Thx

    • +1

See other comments ans see the description

      • But ShopBack app says gcs not eligible so it’s quite confusing

        • +2

You can't buy gift cards using the above deal - but you can buy ebay gifts and get 5% cashback - then you can use those gift cards when purchasing something on ebay for the cashback via the shopback site - I hope that clarifies it.

          • -1

@tnarg: Payments using any type of voucher, Gift cards or Ebay credit may result in your purchase being ineligible for cashback

            • +3

@aman00024: Yes it can be a little confusing, but the short answer is yes you can use ebay gift cards that you have purchased. Buy them through shopback to receive your 3% off (or buy swap for 5%), then you can use these as payment. They have a very large banner stating this

  • +1

Can anyone confirm if it’s cap at $30 per transaction, or in total you can only get $30? Want to buy two items worth $100 each dunno if I will get 2 x $25 or just $30 ?

  • +12

Here we go again …. More scams ….. More rejected money claims …..

    • +7

Yes, just happened to me. Claims rejected.

      • +5

Yup got the excuse email this morning for another claim

    • For some reason they always reject my claim but then add it after emailing them a few times nicely

  • I have a feeling it is only for certain categories.

  • What’s people’s experience with tracking when a seller sends you an offer? I just added something to my watchlist for tonight and almost instantly received an offer for a few bucks off, but not sure whether to risk it

    • +2

It didn’t track for me, bought a mobile phone seller sent me best offer but no any notification

    • +1

"Items with Best Offer accepted prices and Auctions are NOT eligible for cashback"

Not quite the same as seller sending an offer, but I'd probably play it safe and assume that the offer mechanism invalidates cashback either way.

      • +1

Is this new? I have never had issues getting cashback for auctions or making/accepting offers, my last offer was 3 days ago and that tracked.

      • Yep, the offer was only 5% off so I just played it safe

  • Will the eBay cashback work if I use a voucher in my account?

    • Can anybody clarify if the item needs to be in these categories? It's pretty important information and it's not given

      • No on knows, untill after 4pm

        • Well the OP says sitewide - it's not backed up by anything shopback says on their site

  • +2

I don't like cashback errors on liquor deals. I never got honoured in 3 tries. So no for me

            • @Chickenleg: Given the rate at which the language is morphing these days, 'stench' would probably just come to mean 'sweet'

Geeze the selection at LL is poor

    • Coopers Red (bottles) in the end - as I bought cans of green yesterday.

For some reason the cans of red were $70 as opposed to $60 for the bottles.

$54 before cashbask is a great price for a 5.8% beer.

      • $37.63 after cashback (just tracked) - $1.57/bottle

  • When we click on. Turns 3 today icon on shopback it takes me to another page.

There i see challenge 10$ bonus cashback on adidias, upon click it. It takes me to challenge page but i dnt see any challenge there.

Any idea its gonna live later or can we buy now and get it

    • I read somewhere that it says 4pm

    • Adidas challenge ended when 200 claimed

  • +1

High cashback rate on ebay? Good luck with that tracking. Even if it tracks, good luck with the tracked item not just disappearing eventually.

  • +2

Assuming it is unlimited is not good enough for me. Need confirmation otherwise won't do more than one transaction. Risky enough with the tracking.

    • Agree, where is the shopback rep, need clarification

  • Anyone else having issues with SITEWIDE code?

    • worked for me no problems

      • Must have bugged out for some reason. Removed everything from the cart and tried again - works now.

    • Nope.

    • Worked well for me.

  • I was looking to buy 10 bottles of spirits - would I have to get individually buy them separately to get the 30% or can i get it off the total?

    • You can make multiple transactions and receive the 30% each transaction. However, if your transaction of 30 bottles goes over $110, you will only receive $30.00. So if each bottle was $110.00 (remember they only pay cashback minus GST) you will need to do 30 orders.

    • -1

Also remember 10% code. So make a purchage of aroung $125 to get full benefit.

      • 10% will not stack with this cashback offer. It is not posted on shopback website.

        • OP says
"stack with 10% off sitewide - promo code SITEWIDE."

          • +1

@AshFon: My apologies, I thought you were talking about the eBay 10% off. Liquorland will stack as per OP.

  • +1

and my last year's cash backs are still pending…

  • Can I join eBay+ use the $50 credit and stack it on this?

    • +4

No, the $50 you get is a voucher, and using any voucher with this deal invalidates cashback.

Also reminder that the $50 needs to be all spent in 1 transaction, but you can have multiple items from different stores.

      • Thanks!

OMG. Bought 2 spirits on Shopback BWS yesterday. Bought a American Honey and Dimple 15yo on this Shopback Liquorland deal. Bought JB XR21 on previous BWS deal. Some more spirits on Boozebud deal…..All of this in last 3 weeks…..And I dont even drink much……
Totally deal addict. Cant let a good deal go.

    • Same 🙄

    • +1

Lol, same, just spent my next 3-4 months worth of my booze budget last night.

You have good taste, American Honey rocks, tried any others?
JB Honey is also good. I recommend Old Virginia Smooth Honey Bourbon Liqueur.

  • For eBay,

Would requesting total amount, for example combining postage, and paying for that, qualify me for a cashback or no?

  • Warning:
Anybody knows if the cashback is per transaction or per account?

I got this answer from cashback BOT:

BOT: You can refer to the Banner on the website or ShopBack's mobile app for more information. You should be able to see if the capped amount(any) is per transaction or per customer or the exclusions list there.

BOT: To calculate the cap: If the cap amount is $25 with Cashback rate of 25%, you can only purchase item(s) total up to $100 to enjoy the $25. If you purchase more than $100, you will still only get $25 due to the cap amount.

BOT: 📣 Note: If there's no limit transaction mention on the site, this means that you can place as much order as you want but the Cashback will be capped(if any).

    • i would also like to know. i would imagine per SB account but i cant see any wording.

    • So just to clear that up, this afternoon with EBay we can make multiple transactions and receive the full capped amount in each transaction ?

      • I believe it is capped at $25 per SB account regardless of how many transactions you made in Ebay.

        • thanks for confirming, this would make the most sense otherwise people would be stacking up many cashbacks.

  • +1

I need to lodge an enquiry for every ebay transaction via shopback, totally have no idea how shopback manage the ebay transactions, took more than 2 weeks for investigation and told me ebay did not pay them, so can't pay me, no code used, just no reason for no pay

  • -1

Boozebud on eBay has 15% off, it should stack?
    PAPR15

    That'd be a nice discount.

No one has confirmed for single transaction or multiple? I would say single use.

    • +2

I just wrote to Shopback (eventually got an employee on their chat log). She (Alana) confirmed the 30%Liquorland cash can be used multiple times for multiple transactions.

      • Thanks

    • I've just asked on live chat (Jessie) about PAPR15, just got the generic response of "… Any use of Voucher / Coupon / Promo code … will track at $0.00".

Did SB add these exception codes in the recent pass?

I know they used to, but that was a while ago. Not sure about their recent policies.

  • Who wants to bet that CR will drop a bonus today?

Hmmmm normally SB dig their own grave with tracking issues bigger Ebay promos on so CR has nothing to worry about . I bet no .
