  A couple of questions:

  1. Is the mattress Australian made? If not, where is it made?
  2. It looks like the price listed is for a single bed size, please include the fact that it's for a single bed in the title (I ask, because the pic if of a double bed, and I understand only the mods can update that)

    The marketing is definitely a bit shady, despite the brand name these are made in China, and yes, easy to offer a money back guarantee with those conditions attached, but I'm not sure they could afford a return policy like Koala, etc, when they don't have their markups.

    I was happy enough with the mattress I purchased to buy a second one a few weeks later though. Best quality for the money I've seen in this price range, and much, much better than the similarly priced store bough mattresses we had before.

      May I ask, how long have you had the first mattress? Is it the 2.2? I'm considering the 2.3 which wouldn't be that much different.

      It sounds like you have no real complaints with yours?

  Have to smile. They do offer a Trial period (money back guarantee) which is very nice for a cheap mattrees. The smile part is that "You" have to arrange and pay for the return. Imagine the cost of shipping and packing up a Queen or King mattress and post to Dandenong Sth, VIC 3175.

  Kind of silly why they don't donate and have picked up by the Salvos etc. It's not as though they (Salvos) charge nor surely are they (mattress vendor) going to be selling on a used mattress.

  I can only guess that it looks good on paper offering a trial but unlikely anyone would ever return unless you lived across the road from them!

    I guess the other problem could be that some people might place orders with the intention of it becoming a charitable donation rather than a genuine purchase transaction.

    Bit sus about the two reviews. Only two and they were posted on the same day. Timothy and Terina. Both five stars, both a handful of glowing words. No reviews prior or post that day.
