    What’s the original price?

    • This is the price we will do 10 systems for on that spec. in the areas we service in South QLD. Are you looking for a system?

      • Hi Scott, what was the original price though? i.e. How is this a bargain? …or is it just advertising?

Normally, we would do this kit for well over $3k.

  • Any suggestions for Cairns?

I remember when being a CEC approved retailer was worth talking about.

For sure, its not perfect but its definitely better than nothing. At least there is a formalised approach if someone has a complaint against a member rather than just Fair Trading.

  • How long have you been in business?

      • I'm not sure why you have posted that here. That is not us! We joined the Clean Energy Council because did see them remove some of the unsavoury elements from their membership, including some big players in the industry. So, some action is better than nothing, and that is why we are members.

    • Why would you post a link to something you haven't read?

      • Because of this

Australian households with rooftop solar panels could be charged for exporting electricity into the power grid at times when it is not needed under proposed changes to the national electricity market.

        and

He said it would reduce bills for the 80% of households who do not have solar as they would no longer have to pay for solar export services they were not using.

Until batteries are part of the deal. These things are only good for people who have cash to splurge. Which is not the rest of us.

FOURTH par (i.e. right at the top) : "Benn Barr, the commission’s chief executive, said it was expected an average solar household with a system of between 4 and 6 kilowatts would still save about $900 a year on power bills after the change, about $70 less than currently."

Yes, there was a lot of fuss about it, and people with no real ideas about it were yelling about it. But most people are still going o save a fair bit of money each year.
