      Try contacting customer service and ask if they will refund the difference. It’s worth a try with Amazon.

        They will usually just tell you to buy it again and send the old one for a refund. This happened to me previously on a bulky lego…

        If it’s too late to cancel or already been opened, order a new one and return under the first order number.

    Does anyone know the best way to get the standard 2x4 bricks? I've bought a few of these sets and they don't contain many 2x4's and I end up with hundreds of smaller pieces that you can't really use to build a house or similar on a plate. I've had a look at bricklink, but you can't order multicoloured, you have to specify a colour, and by the time you select a larger quantity and apply international shipping it's not the cheapest either. I was hoping that one of these Creative Classic sets had more 2x4's in it or something.

      Filter Bricklink to show aussie sellers only. I've ordered thousands of bricks off Bricklink without paying through the roof for postage. Otherwise I order parts directly from Lego.com.au if I'm also buying a set to get free shipping, however expect to wait about a month for the bricks to arrive.
