Cheapest Phone with Android 4.0?

Having always bought mobiles a generation or two older than the current models in order to save money, i am keen to try out the latest in tech for once - although i still cannot justify spending $500 or so on a phone. Does anyone know of decently priced phones with ICS on it?

    Would be the Nexus S if you can get it for cheap I would imagine. Don't think many phones have ICS yet

    Unofficial support - multiple
    Cyanogenmod 9 is "due" at the end of January. And Alpha/beta builds are already available (for Galaxy S at least)
