Ymmv but refunds seem to be super ridiculous to get.
Kfc cancelled my order due to sold out of chicken.
DD after phone convo said refund has been done.
7 days later still no refund smh.
it should be auto refunded - might be in doordash credits if that was your payment method. I know they offer instant credits for missing items, cold food etc

@skido: The kfc app refers you to DD customer service. I also ended up talking to local branch manager of kfc and they said its to do with DD.
Free delivery via Deliveroo. Small order fee if less than $12.
My order for local Thai got cancelled too.

Great deal I got $15 off my first order and free delivery. Way better than Uber which has added their service fee, which when you order up is really punitive.
