Is Cudo chat option working for anyone???

being trying to open the chat window to sort out a fully book restaurant deal.

their chat seem to just come up with an option to email them. I've used chat before so was wondering if they
are just low on staff or the chat option is no longer operational.

    Cudo is the absolute worst customer service, IMO. They haven't even replied to a complaint I lodged about a beauty salon. I am going to use my scoopons that I have for this company and then compain to the group buy code authority about what they did with the vouchers promised.

    Subiaco skin technology had a deal where they were offering a facial and a voucher for $120. Not vouchers, but a voucher. Upon redeeming, they give you a voucher and say you can only redeem it in $50, $50 and $20 increments. On seperate days. I based my buying decision on the fact that I would be able to get something nice done, like shellac nails. Now I would have to pay an additional amount, whereas if they honoured the original deal, I would have received it free.

    I complained to CUDO with no response whatsoever.

    "Plus, Subiaco Skin Technology will also include a $120 voucher for you to redeem on any service on your next visit." Not that you will get two $50 credits and one $20 credit to be used over THREE visits. "a $120 voucher" for your "next visit".

    They also sold a peel voucher where you had to book via email. It turned out they were not taking bookings for the next four months and then only on two days a week. Not disclosed in the offer. Why say it is valid from X date if you can not get a booking for 4 months after X date?

    I am really looking forward to complaining about CUDO, once I use these two scoopon vouchers. I will not buy any vouchers for subi skin technology, reagrdless of what is promised.
