So, my dentist recommended I get an electric toothbrush at my last visit. Went to Chemist Warehouse and saw this Oral B for $34.99 - thought it was a good deal so bought it. Next day, I see Priceline selling it for $24.99! Luckily, Chemist Warehouse price matched it for me, and I got $11 back. Then today, I see the same brush going for $19.99! Oh well, my loss is your gain! Can't go wrong at this price.

Same price on Amazon. I would pay more and get at a minimum an Oral B Pro 2 2000 (although $80 approx even more recently only $40 through Priceline) as this one is the most basic one you can get, doesn't hold charge very long and oscillation speed is on the slow side

Which is why I contributed with my recommendations (owning 3 different Oral B electric toothbrushes) in addition to relevant (not random) statistics on the rest of Oral B's range to help others to make an informed choice.
Priceline thing was price error. I got the 2000 for $70 a week ago on clearance from Chemist Warehouse. I like it.

The 2000 is a great choice, the bluetooth is a gimmick but I collected the 5000 for $59 from Priceline only because no stores near me had the 2000. They even refunded me after collecting it due to being "out of stock" I assume under the true reason it being a pricing error.
I have an Oral B 700 as well and the difference between that and the 5000 is significant enough to make the recommendation to get at least the 2000 which has the same oscillations. My teeth feel a lot cleaner between these two - can't imagine what the Vitality one would be like when the 700 is already better and I am not all that impressed.
Now I have 3 electric tooth brushes now (700, 5000 and 8000) scattered throughout my house for when I am lazy and can't be bothered going into my ensuite.
I have taken a particular interest in recent years to my oral health, so it's good to invest in a better electric toothbrush are my feelings.
Pro life tip is to make time for cleaning teeth, for sure.
This one looks a better choice

but I went the 2000 model from shavershop
https://www.shavershop.com.au/oral-b/pro-2-2000-black-electr…Why is Pro 100 a better choice at nearly 75% more cost? Looks hardly any different.
$31.49 now including 10% off
The cheapest I've seen was $10 back in Nov 2019.
