State and territory sub-forums

Has the idea of state and territory sub-forums been suggested before?

I would find useful for discussing region-locked deals.

You're in the ACT - I imagine that would be a pretty quiet sub-forum, don't you think?

If there's anything for a specific region, why not just put it into the title?
