Have tried all the obvious things but I had an android phone set to India to get the india youtube pricing, but now the store is stuck in India region even though all the other google account information says Australia, and no VPN running. Need to download some apps but it's all not available in the Indian google store…
Any ideas?
Edit: removed youtube premium and seems to have fixed it…

If you go to settings>apps>Youtube>storage
You might be able to completely clear all data? You'd have to re-login and re-download all your stuff again though I'd guess?

it's because your payment account is now set to India. You will need to change your payment account to Australia but that means you will lose the India pricing. Best would be to create another account and add that to your phone. Use the new Oz account in the Play Store.
Payment profile says Australia and won't let me make another aus profile lol
Did you change your play store region to India? If that's the case, you will only be able to change it after a full year…
Google pay profile says Australia… But I can't remember if I changed.
what about Play store…
says AU too - but after i removed the youtube premium family sub, it went back to normal… weird.
Send it to some random in India and make their decade.
Purchase a new phone for yourself.
