Agree, compared to the 7744 police station this set is an absolute joke. It looks incredibly bad especially for its high RRP. But $59 is at least a fair price and much closer to what the RRP should have been. The suggested prices by Lego for their sets is just shocking in my opinion.
Good value for money, but the set is a very poor effort from Lego. The police don't even wear hats anymore? I don't like the light blue upper torso either (reminds me of NSW police or the old Vic police uniforms). Up until recently all Lego police would wear black and have white hats.
