Can you use this with coupons and when does it expire

    • I would like to know this also. Although the OP says it expires tonight, when you log on to the shop back website it says this deal is "Ongoing" under the heading "Top Offers".

      • Well it looks like it has expired, but for the life of me I couldn't find the expiry date on the shop back website, I even resorted to the shame of talking to a dancing shopping bag…
Can anyone please direct me to where I obviously failed? Thanks.

  • good to stack up with this offer and pre order for BOGOF Tuesday offer.

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/611092

Cashback is not payable on purchases made using gift cards unless otherwise stated

        • +1

Surely TCN doesn't count because it's actually a limited mastercard?

        • +1

It using MasterCard checkout , surely it counted

    • doesnt stack up, went to pick up my order today and the manager wouldnt give me the free pizza as it needs to be ordered on tuesday?

      • That’s not true. Pizza Hut website has an ability to preorder up to 7 days. You are just pre-paying the Tuesday’s offer in advance and it has to be honoured.

Reach out on their Facebook page and report the incident

Edit: I did pre order in the past and had no issues

Has worked for me in the past

Can you preorder for Tuesday and take advantage of BOGOF and this 50% cashback offer?

  • +2

According to the shopback page we can use this for the Tuesday buy one get one free. I've screenshotted it just in case theres an issue down the track.

"Buy 1 Pizza, Get Another Free (Pickup Only) - Valid Tuesdays 50.00% Cashback ( Capped at $10.00, 1 Transaction Per Customer ) Ongoing"

    • i wasnt able to get the free pizza?

  • +2

Did Pizza Hut through ShopBack 25% Cashback also with extension. Guess what it didn’t track.

    • Same for me. Usually works fine when there is regular cashback for pizzahut.

  • Is Zip Pay cashback still valid?

  • +1

Don't use Paypal . ( It should be stated on all of these deals because most people assume its same as a credit card )
    Use credit card only .

    • I know cash rewards had issues with PayPal, but I'm wondering does shopback have issues with PayPal / Google Pay?

    • I used Paypal (with my Amex card selected as the payment option) for the Shopback First Choice deal the other day and it has tracked ok.

    • +1

Just used paypal on this, and it's tracked fine on my account. I got the tracking alert about 2 hours after my order

    • It took app. 1hr for the tracking to come through. But it was for today's pick-up order.

      • I wonder is it after u picked up, then start to track.

        • nope

          • @domo653q: U right, I order it for Tuesday and get tracked just 5 mins. Cheers

Order not Tracked, logged missing cashback and received below email. There were 5 clicks in click history. Made 100% sure all steps were followed. I clicked from shop back again and placed order in 2 minutes. Shopback scaming users now. Shameful.

Thank you for submitting a missing Cashback claim.

We have investigated and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the Cashback along to you.

That said, we know how frustrating missing Cashback can be, and will now take additional steps to appeal on your behalf directly with Pizza Hut.

Please allow us some time for this to happen, this process can take up to 45 days depending on how fast we hear back from Pizza Hut.

ShopBack awards Cashback on your transactions on the basis that the merchant attributes your order to ShopBack and pays us a commission, they are the deciding party on a sale being attributed to ShopBack.

There are quite a few reasons why these orders may not be attributed to ShopBack. This includes:

    1. If a user clicks on a Honey, Cashrewards, or another chrome extension after clicking from ShopBack
    2. If other web pages (including search sites, social media, store sites, promotional/discount sites) or web browsers are opened after clicking through ShopBack
    3. Clicking through to another page from a banner, pop-up, or advertisement on the store’s webpage whilst shopping
    4. Antivirus/Cleanup or Adblocker applications block or disrupt Cashback tracking (Tracking cookies are required to track transaction)
    5. When the order falls under the merchant’s exclusions, including the use of promo codes not listed on ShopBack.

    Regards,
    Team ShopBack
