[Afterpay] Segway Ninebot Kickscooter E22 Electric Scooter $479.20 (Save $319 RRP) Delivered @ PC Byte eBay

PAPDY20

Hi everyone,

Official site says it is a 250 watts.. sorry guys..

Might not be the best deal and just testing the water here, I bought one of this is as a 200 watts scooter with the 20% afterpay discount. I am pretty sure 200 watts is legally allowed to ride in my state…. In the NT we are not allowed to even register a e-scooter that is more than 200 watts (after ringing MVR), so anything more than 200 watts will be illegal to ride and I heard people got fines at the Waterfront.

Please double check with your state's law before you buy…

Hopefully this is a good deal for everyone, just as the peace of mind for not worrying about getting caught (If I interpreted the legislation correctly)… I mean in the NT.

I just wish they made it legal all over Australia. Not sure why they are deliberating!

  • Pretty sure this model is 300w which would make it illegal in several states including NT.

  • Valley of indecision. This, the X 1S or the Pro 2?

    • Segway E22 is better.

      • @kml22, thanks. Any major reason why the E22 is better in your opinion?

        • E22 is the same price and better than 1S and this ES1LD.
E22 has a more powerful motor 300w vs 250w on ES1LD, up hill climb is much better 15% Climbing Slipe vs 7% on the ES1LD.

          • @kml22: But how is it better than the $80 cheaper 1S?

            @kml22: thanks.
This is the E22 and not the ES1LD unless I'm missing something?
Plus the Pro 2 is 600W and 45km range selling for 599

            • @Sblogz: OP just updated the deal title to E22 after I said the E22 is at the same price as es1ld that's why.

              • @kml22: no worries.
So it appears the Pro 2 is better than the E22 going by the specs?

                • @Sblogz: Don't forget weight.

                  ES1LD - 11 kg
                  E22 - 13.2 kg

Anything over 12 kg in my opinion is too annoying to carry - like when on public transport, walking up steps etc. Lugging 13.2 kg of awkwardly shaped object is not fun, even a few seconds up some stairs is a hassle. So if you're planning to use it places where you frequently need to stop and carry it, then you might want something lighter than 13 kg.

                  • @cerealJay: I was trying to compare the E22 and the Xiaomi Pro 2 and not ES1LD if that makes sense. Thanks
