Review seems to suggest it's decent, if better enjoyed by Warhammer fans
It's good fun, but a lot of the fun comes from the lore/story so that could make or break it for people
Don't buy! Read the comments on metacritic. Save corruption etc.. You won't finish on switch.
Typical. Why Nintendo refuse to let anyone review games or even put in Metacritic reviews is beyond me.
Its wall-to-wall shovelware in the store too.
The save bug has been patched from what I understand
Due to the below user review on meta it seems it had two issues. The way I interpret it is the 'can't load saves' is fixed but the 'save corruption' is not. I don't have the game to confirm.. I was going to buy it the other day until I saw this. It's a shame because I love a bit of wh40k.
"The game itself would be fun but it released broken, where you couldn’t load saves until the patch came out. Now that the patch is out I (and digging around a lot of other players as well) can load a save and the game will very graciously wait until you are in the middle of a mission to crash. Saves constantly corrupt and on the Eshop you can’t even get a refund. How much you enjoy the game on switch is proportional to how much you enjoy the unskippable startup cutscene. I’d skip this on switch"
Interesting, I haven't had any save corruption issues
