Dell S2721QS at 30% off - Good?

Hi…
I was looking at the Dell site randomly for monitors and noticed 30% off at the moment. I am thinking this is a good deal for S2721QS also wondering if its overkill for home office use and something like S2721HN would work?

Currently working off a 24 dell ultrasharp monitor and looking for something bigger but I also dont have a lot of $$$ to spend!

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    You don't need a 4K monitor for home office use, complete overkill. 1440p is the sweet spot for 27 or 32 inch.

    I'm using that very monitor now. Unless the price is comparable to a lower model, just opt for a 1440p panel.
