Saw a lot of people that were talking about the 5% choice gift cards for the eBay Afterpay sale but it looks to me like it's been changed to 1.5%…
I've bought these before and gotten 5% back but now when I go to the CR website it shows as 5% on the gift card page but once I click on it, it changes into 1.5%.
Wondering if anyone is seeing the same thing or is it just me, and also whether you get 5% or 1.5% after purchasing?

I've missed out on the 5% choice card.
I'm want to buy a washing machine on ebay(goodguy store) and just to try, I've applied the afterpay voucher and it worked ($498×0.8 = $398)
Now I want to buy the myer card 15% off to buy ebay gift card and add it to buy the washing machine.
What does the 'price capped @ $20' mean? Do I have to buy multiple $100 gift card in order not to exceed $20 cashback on 1 transaction?

Nope, it means that the total cashback for all in-store transactions during the promotional period is capped at $20, no matter how many transactions you do.
For example, if you purchase 3x $100 Coles Group & Myer gift cards in three separate transactions during the promotional period, Cashrewards should pay $15 cashback on the first $100 gift card purchase, $5 cashback on the second $100 gift card purchase and $0 cashback on the third $100 gift card purchase.
Shopback Celebration Swap GC still has 5% cashback.

I just checked the Choice gift card page on Cashrewards and it shows 1.5% cashback for me.
Keep in mind the cashback rate for this gift card has not always been 5%. Although it was 5% when it was first introduced, it did drop down to 4% for a while before it was increased back up to 5%.
My guess is that the eBay/Afterpay deals flooding OzBargain today has driven increased sales of the Choice gift card to the point where the card provider has decided (or been forced) to decrease the cashback rate for the time being.
