Need a microwave for our new place. Don't really want to spend more than $100. Probably don't really need features like defrost.

I think there was recently one advertised at Target for $95 (and it was half price, the original was $190). It was a silver 25L Breville. Not sure if the deal is still on. Check out target catalogues.

You can get microwaves under $100 at Big W, Kmart and Target, but they're probably relatively low wattage.
