Does it feel premium? Or light and cheapy plastic?

3 power mode, low is useless to me, medium is alright for floors, turbo is good for carpet.
Turbo only goes for 20 minutes max on the book, in my case only 16.
kmart corded vacuum on max is stronger than this. (I know is not comparable but just giving you an idea)
Thanks! I use roommates Dyson outsize v11, moving out and need my own. It’s a monster of a vacuum and after trialling Kogans mx11 vac (don’t ask) and being sorely disappointed, I’m struggling to find a goody. Have a feeling Dyson might be releasing the v12 later this year as the v11 sales have been increasing, might just wait and see!
@Edamamme: Does the included head work well for older/worn out carpets (low pile) or would you recommending purchasing the dedicated carpet head?

Can anyone confirm if this 2 in 1 head is good for hard floors?
Or am I better off finding one with the soft roller head attachment.
I'm particularly interested in if it would cause any damage to the timber flooring (which i've heard certain heads can do).
I have had the Dreame V10 for just over a year, I live in a old 1960's house with hardwood floors and have had no issues with the floor attachment leaving any marks. This is from my experience, yours may vary.
Curious how you have the new upgraded 2in1 head if you've owned the V10 for over a year. From my understanding, the new 2in1 head is fairly recent.
