Head chef Keith O'Leary has worked in acclaimed restaurants in London, Melbourne and Sydney, including The Royal Bar & Grill in Paddington, which was one of the first gastro-pubs to win chef hats. His emphasis is on providing unique dishes using only the freshest ingredients and local produce.
The stylish restaurant offers modern Australian cuisine in a relaxed and intimate setting, with contemporary artworks by the international artist Tilo Kaiser.
