Suggestions needed $500 Samsung Bonus Trade in

Hi All - I currently use a Note 10+ which is in good condition. The phone is around 1.5 years old.
I was just browsing the internet when I saw Samsung is offering an additional $500 if I trade in my Note10+. I downloaded the trade up app and saw they are offering $315 for my note 10+. So effectively I get $315 + $500 =$815 off if I purchase any Samsung S21 series.

I put S21 5G in the cart and the final amount i have to pay is $434.

I am so tempted to sell off my note10+. Please suggest if this is a good buy.

    If you know someone with access to the education or government Samsung store the 256gb S21+ Silver is $1149 before trade in and $300 trade in bonus atm if you prefer a larger screen.

    S21 5G has lower ppi, no micro sd slot, bit smaller battery but better cpu and gpu (does it really matter at this point) and camera.

    I'd assume the S21 5G you get would have less ram and internal storage than the Note10+

    Even though it is around 18 months newer, it doesn't seem that worth it to upgrade imo

    You dont have to return the old phone.
    I purchased a s21u recently with trade-up bonus. After I got the new phone, I wrote to them that I would like to pay the fee to keep my old phone. Then they charged me the value of my old phone.

        Yes, I did. But it seems there's no need to do so. Thery replied me Thanks for your query. If you wish to not return your old device, you will be charged the amount that you were offered for your old device and it will no longer be a requirement to return the old device to us. Hope that information was helpful.
        Then they charged my card after ~2wks.

            @yontk: I'm on a different round of promotion. It's a $300 bonus and it's not charged back.

              Another user posted that the bonus has been charged back at a much later date so keep track of your card just in case!

                  The payment agreement said I could be charged up to $205 (the value of the trade in phone) if it didn't meet the specs I gave. I can only pray!

          Just out of curiosity one guy in another post said he got charged for bonus as well.
          Did it ever happened to you. Did you buy the phone recently?

            @K3rb3ro5: No. My phone was purchased during the previous round of promotion. They charged me old phone value only. It happened 17 days after I received my new samsung.
