You can't change an existing Epic Account's country unless you contact support. But if you feel like creating a new account to save ≈$100AUD I'd totally understand… When you create the account choose Argentina for the country.

VPN to Argentina use a card that doesn't care where its being used. (I used CitiBank)
I tried my Paypal but Epic complained my address didn't match
