On one hand, it's the botw formula.
On the other, it's ubisoft.
The puzzles get incredibly repetitive in this game. Unlike botw you are not going to want to 100% this game

I preferred the puzzles in Immortals tbh. BOTW had too many of the same puzzles. But with BOTW even though I've finished, I still want to keep going back to Hyrule. Whereas with Immortals, I finished and I have very few reasons to go back. I do think it's worth playing though and there are some things I like more than BOTW like weapon durability.
Disagree. Love BOTW, loved Fenyx and had no problem grinding out the platinum trophy.
Yeah, tone of the story wasnt my cup of tea at first, but once you get past the schtick, its excellent. Huge open world, heaps of cool little things tucked into every corner of the map (greek mythology stuff). Combat is ok and the puzzles are challenging enough for the casual gamer imo. I dont see why you cant love zelda and love this as well. This is as close to a zelda you're going to get for a few years, so i'd say ignore the haters and get this game.

Good advice. I wanted to want it. But I just didn't.
Great game. I originally bought it on Switch and it's a bit rough on Switch. Great hand-held but docked it feels like it's running at 15 fps and the graphics are pretty bad. Still enjoyed playing it hand-held though.
Picked up the PC version as well and play it there while at home and on Switch on the Go. You can easily transfer saves.
How does it go on the PC? downloaded the demo on my PC but haven't had the chance to try it out. Am I better off just to get it on PC if I like it? Also is there capped fps on it?
No Fps cap on PC. Goes well but it's more resource hungry than I thought it would be. On my GTX 1080 at 1440p it struggles to keep 60 fps with most settings on high. But tweaking a few settings gets it running well with barely any graphical drop.
On the RTX 3080 is gets around 100 fps at 4k with settings maxxed out.
Ok nice, good to know. Will buy it on PC then If I decide I want to play it after the demo. Should get pretty good performance with the ol' 3090 😂

Completely different game. So yes.
Its very, very similar. You unlock kinesis early in the game to move stuff around. Breath of the Wild has better sound, music and voice acting, Immortals has upgrades for weapons and character.
