any car will do……. budget?
10 to 15k budget.. I don’t have much knowledge about cars.. so if something is fault, I would prefer for low cost servicing

you mentioned how tall you are, not how fast you want the broom broom to go?
oh you poor thing you read that as a height joke 🔞😂

Instead of shooting the messenger, just listen.
What they are saying, is garbage in garbage out.
You ask what car suits but while you know whats on in your mind we have no idea other than you are "short" (Thats googles definition of 150cm height)
Are you male/female
Do you want to take passengers? How tall might they be?
How much do you want to spend (A later post says $10-15K budget)
Reliability
Are you travelling far
Do you want basic transport, something to wow the opposite/same sex.
So ask a simple question about something complex and you get a simple answer which doesnt help you.
Many here are willing to help, if you put a little effort into your question.
Any car will have a seat that can be adjusted for your height.
I suppose a full size 4wd might require a bit of climbing to get in and out of.
Maybe you should try test driving some cars you like.
Worst case scenario if the seat doesn't go up any higher than required, stick a cushion on the seat then sit on it? How it compromises safety, I'm not sure…worst case it makes you submarining under the seat belt easier and that's a pretty bad outcome in case of an accident.
My partner is 153cm and has never had a vehicle that did not adjust adequately.
We have driven prado, Cx-3, commodore, pulsar, 380, a3, 306, asx, vectra, verada, outback, civic, Corollaand probably a couple I’m forgetting.
If manufacturers can’t adjust their seats, buyers won’t buy.
If you want decent advice you need to provide more info. What do you want in a car? passengers, travel type (highway, urban etc), potential cargo, budget at least to get a good recommendation. Things like features, service costs, style all help.
I recommend a Mitsubishi sigma. I struggled to fit in it, but my short sister thought it was great.
You had me at the Sigma bit, I thought it was all serious and stuff.
Fits all the criteria!

It wasn't a bad car at all, I remember fondly of the Sigma's beige velour interior and that was really luxurious at the time…
@mini2: Velour ? You had the luxury version. I had the basic GL version with just vinyl. But it did have the 2.6L and 5 speed. It went really well and went forever. Then I sold it and the new owner rolled it within a week. Memories.
Perhaps small cars like yaris, jazz, picanto, i20, mazda 2, etc.? It fits your budget too. Slightly bigger you can go for a corolla, mazda3 and any other within the class.
155cm here, and the Jazz is perfect.
My missus is about that height, drives a Mazda 2. I need to move the seat back to so that I can get in, and I'm not particularly tall.
Take a day and go and sit in some cars, no point recommending anything unless you try it yourself.
Hey OP , Something LIKE THIS ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
You're asking about a car for the height of pretty much any asian girl I know. 😆
They drive a whole different range of cars from hatchbacks to 4WDs, so it doesn't seem like their height has restricted their vehicle choices very much. The biggest is a GL63 AMG. (That thing is huge!).
Go and try the car you like - you might be pleasantly surprised!
Ha ha. The tiny (smaller than my 11yo) cleaner at work drive a Ford territory. She looks funny sitting right up against the steering wheel. Guess it wouldn’t be good if the airbag went off.
She looks funny sitting right up against the steering wheel.
Oh man - speaking of this, I often pull over at the lights or something and look sideways to see people (usually women) who sit right up against the steering wheel. The gap is about 10-15cm between their chest and the steering wheel. I really cringe at the thought of the airbag going off! The girls joke that the drivers might end up with inverted boobs! lol
I'm 151cm, and our current car is a giant SUV. Most cars have adjustable seats, and if not, you could get a booster seat (not joking, my 4ft 8 mum uses one). As others have pointed out, it will depend on what you want to use the car for.
If you're 145cm or shorter some cars might not adjust enough for you to be in a good driving position.
No, that's probably why my mum uses a booster seat! :)
get a car with rear camera, Honda base models do. that will help in reversing. smallish car and also raise the seat.
I'm just as short if not shorter and I drive a Lancer. Any small-medium sized car is fine for shorter people to drive. Initially I used a pillow on the seat but now I don't use anything and I've always had the chair up to the front and lifted as high as it can go.
If I have any advice for driving it's more to make sure you get to know your car well, get additional features like front and back sensors, reverse cameras and do extra head checks when changing lanes because we often have more stuff in our blind spots like passenger seats. It's generally harder for us to see outside the car because of our size but features like that help us a lot.
Honestly any car will do, you have to provide more information as to what your needs are.
At the moment you're pretty much said that you're a human and you need a car.
Hilux, Amarok, Triton, Prado, Landcruiser, etc… It's what I see all the short soccer moms driving at school drop off time.
A Smart Fortwo.
Lambo.
kei car
Range Rover Sport
You're so high up you can see your peasants wander around below you.
Comes with the added sense that you're instantly better than everyone as a bonus
Mercedes G500.
A Suzuki Swift is perfect for you. Built for your size plus easy to drive and park. Also affordable and reliable.
Please Suggest a Car for Me - 150cm Height
I'm 185 and I find it's much easier to get into SUV's, but even for a smaller car once I'm sitting in the car, it's not a big deal. I'd suggest most cars would be fine for you. I guess, focus more on the sort of car you'd like to purchase- petrol/diesel, 4wd etc and go from there.
Can’t believe there’s more than 40 of those for sale, let alone in the country.
Why is the sign on the wall blurred out, but it's the same company name on the number plate…
And many of these are low mileage. Some a year old and only 500km on clock.
Doesnt sound like they had much fun with these cars.
Mr Bean's Mini Cooper.
I'm 4"8, I'm currently driving a Honda HR-V, no booster seat required. The other car I used to drive with no booster was Nissan Micra.
My first car was Mitsubishi Magna, and I had to use a booster seat, same with Toyota Avalon, and Nissan Pathfinders.
Avoid Ford cars, I found when I push the seat all the way forward so my feet could reach the pedals, my forehead would be on the windscreen.
You'll just have to go around and sit in the car, always test drive the cars first.
I'm 4"8
Username doesn't check out! 😁
I had no idea there were so many short people on here…..I was expecting everyone on here to be be minimum 180cm tall….wow…..
Raise your hand if you're <180cm…
…. Ok now you've reached the height limit to go on the Ozbargain ride…
so no one is over 180cm tall?
Yaris Cross?
any Japanese hatchback will meet your requirements.
MX5
S2000. They're built for midgets.
