Isn't this an inappro- oh… It's just a car charger. Carry on.

    Small tips for better use:
When charging quickly, please make sure your phone and cable BOTH support fast charging technology.

Use with a USB-C to lightning fast charging cable for iPhone. Here is the cable with 20% coupon

Use with a USB-C to USB-C fast charging cable for USB-C phone. Here is the cable with 15% coupon

Good combo. I used with this one https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07Z8W15SR/ (for easy handle on hand)

This comment makes no sense. You've linked two cables which support 60W charging, which is the bare minimum supported by USB-C. They don't 'support fast charging technology' more than any other cable.

It makes perfect sense. You are assuming that all USB-C cables sold are compliant with the USB-C standards.

        • +1

And how do you know these ones are? They aren't USB-IF certified. Choetech has plenty of other products which breach USB-C specifications too.

@[Deactivated]: I don't know how to answer that as you seem to be a bit confused. My comment was a reply to your statement:

You've linked two cables which support 60W charging […]

You seemed to have accepted the fact that the cables linked support 60W. Your argument was about something else (whether all cables support 60W min or not). You are moving the goal posts now.

@bio: I was replying to your implication that these cables are superior to others since they're USB-C compliant, which they may not be as they haven't bothered to get them assessed by an independent body.

Again, there's nothing that makes these cables 'support fast charging technology' more than any other cheap USB-C cable. I don't know why you're arguing with that.

  • Would this still work on a XS Max if I were to buy the mfi usb c to lightning to go with it? Finding the old USB 3.0 aren’t working with it

    • +1

      Yes it will.

      • Ordered both. Thanks.

    • +1

Its also active fast charge on XS Max.

Not to spoil anyone's party but unfortunately the price was jacked up a little prior to applying this code.

I bought this exact item 2 days ago for $18.99 with a $2.85 coupon offer bringing it down to $16.14.

    • Same

I don't want to support a jacked up deal. Not buying it. Thanks for sharing details

Cancelled my order. Not supporting sellers that jack up their prices to discount. Thanks for your comment.

    • +2

Yeah, it looks like $22.99 is not the usual price according to CamelCamelCamel.

No matter how hard you try, you can never be jv

  • Haven't really looked into it, but is a car charger with such a high power draw compatible with all modern cars? Can I use it on my 6 year old Camry for instance?

    • +1

Most cars support 12V, 10A or 120W, so yes.

  • +1

Note it's max 20W per socket, neither can do 40W

  • Does this support Super Fast Charging on Samsung?

Any recommendations for a high 87w/100w USB pd car charger?

  • i bought it for no other special reason then it adds a nice shiny blue light to the interior of the car spicing things up a little ┬┴┬┴┤ ͜ʖ ͡°) ├┬┴┬┴

  • my phone is always connected so my old charger will do just fine, no need to "upgrade".
"upgraded" my home chargers, spent over $50 for charger and the cables, not much of an effect, barely noticable speed of charging, not worth it at all

  • hmm i bought it during this "special". But now its $15.99 without any discount code.

So the "special" price was more expensive than the normal price. 0_0
