  • Not only are we the cheapest stocked price, but I believe we are the only people in Australia with stock left.

  • We had these at my previous office, and they were universally hated.

I reckon that they are horrid little things to use, the buttons are tiny and the sound is dreadful. The technology, reception and product quality are great, but are let down by being almost totally unusable in real life.

    • Sounds like you had quite a bad experience with them. We haven't had any customers report these issue (But the buttons are quite small - the whole phone is compact, though).

I've got one on my desk next to my deskphone and I find it great to use when I want to take a call away from my desk. The sound isn't as good as the Gigaset phones, but that doesn't make it 'dreadful'. I wonder if we're talking about the same model here…

      • Yeah, we definitely had the same model - I purchased and installed the second lot of them. The main problem (apart from the tiny buttons) was the low volume, so when there was traffic or office noise, you couldn't hear the clients.

But I came from another office with a "proper" (but much more expensive) Avaya IP phone system, so I have high expectations. For most people, these little Anoms would probably be OK - and they are good value. The use of Nokia batteries is great too.

  • Can this be used to replace a Cisco phone? I've been looking for a cordless solution but have not had any luck..

  • I like the to 3 simultaneous VoIP calls.

I like the multiline calling for up to 8 handsets.

but I have never used a Snom VoIP phone :(
