Buying from Kogan Marketplace (Roborock S5 Max)

Hey im looking at purchasing this robovac from Kogan marketplace as its $200 cheaper than the official website.

Just wanting to know if Kogan marketplace (third party seller is Tech Warehouse) can be trusted and that it is a brand new product?

The only real difference I can find between this and the official one (https://roborock.com.au/products/roborock-s5-max?variant=326…) is this is 'international model' but clearly states in description 'Dock Charger with Official Australian Plug' is included.

I can save a chunk with the Kogan option ($850 vs $650) - any feedback/suggestions appreciated.

    Also interested in S5 max and responses.

    Was going to go for the ozmo 920 was in ALDI today which I arrived for opening but they only had about 15 units and then told they took names down at 6am. So back to wanting something like S5 max.

      I was also looking at the Aldi one, but the reviews are pretty terrible as compared to the S5 Max.

      I'm tossing up between the S5Max and S6maxV. The S5 seems better value and quality based on reviews;

    That item has been available for “presale” from that seller since December. I’m curious as to whether any have actually been shipped.

    Take a screenshot, pay by PayPal, and if they don’t ship when they say lodge a dispute.

    I'm also very interested in this vacuum, but no.savings would convince me to buy from Kogan. Based on a past purchasing experience i will not buy anything from them, regardless of price or how much I desire the product
    YMMV but that's it for me.
