  • I have no idea about the evidence for efficacy of such a product, but this is a good price compared to equivalents.

  • What is this product used for?

    • Gets converted into ketones (super fuel) which the brain prefers over sugar. Dementia or type 3 diabetes linked to too much sugar in the brain destroying neurons. Ketones bypass these neurons and fuel the brain and help reverse Dementia and other brain diseases.

    • Ketogenic diet

    • Again people failing to answer your question.

When you eat a low-carb diet, many people avoid milks/mylks and use MCT powders to replace them.

MCT Powder is an alternative itself to MCT Oil which has a nasty habit of making people crap themselves.

An MCT or Medium Chain Triglyceride oil is an oil with 6-12 carbons (you will often see C6/C8/C10 listed on the ingredients).

The advantage of an MCT is that unlike LCT or SCT they are far more readily absorbable into the digestive system to be used almost immediately as energy.

You do need to be fat adapted or fasted to really benefit from this though.

      • You don't need to be fat adapted proven to me by my ketone meter.

        • Indeed you can induce a ketotic state from MCTs and ketone salts.

But its a bit of a dead-end benefit to switch between energy types everyday.

  • +1

Thanks OP, got a couple… Just a word of (potential) warning to those who click and collect. Mine has use by date July 2021. Not "that" short dated, but if you are planning on buying a couple at this amazing price it is important to know… Hope it helps
