Cannot deliver to Parcel Locker. Kogan, you are a joke.

      i feel your Pain, Toad

      • Are you feeling it Mr toad?

    • -4

Yes. This is the biggest issue we are facing as a species.

      • +3

No, but it sucks. 24/7 Parcel Lockers are much better than dealing with shitty couriers who may 1) Not attempt delivery 2) Leave your package somewhere not safe.

        • the problem is parcel locker is actually an aus.post exclusive thing.
if kogan decides not to use aus.post as their courier then they cant have access to the locker

          • @CyberMurning: Simple solution is to ship with Australia Post when a customer enters a Parcel Locker. I'm not a Australia Post fan, but would choose them over other couriers any day.

You are under a false impression. Kogan itself (as in seller Kogan.com) deliveres to Parcel Locker through Australia Post.

As for this item it is shipped directly from the seller Heybattery from their own warehouse. As such such your comment should be aimed at Heybattery which actually sent the item. They use their own shipping method and their own warehouse.

So Kogan itself can't dictate to the marketplace seller called Heybattery forcing them to deliver to a Parcel Locker. The marketplace seller sets its own shipping policy.

Therefore your comment should have been "Cannot deliver to Parcel Locker. Heybattery, you are a joke."

How your comment got 3+ votes from a blatantly wrong comment. Is any ones guess. It has nothing to do with Kogan itself. It's on the marketplace seller for this.

So Kogan itself can't dictate to the marketplace

Rubbish. Kogan owns the marketplace. They can dictate any rules and terms for allowing listings onto their market place.

just checking. so with this we can customise for example one button to do series of combo, right? (not the pad movement but just combination of A B X Y)
also can set for turbo as well ? (for shooting games)

has macro function even the direction pad movements can be mapped into a single button! WOW
lucky didnt buy xbox series s controller yesterday as my main usage will be emulator and pc games

  • the controller is on bottom and directional on top, will this get annoying if you're used to opposite layout like in switch wireless pro?

    • The switch wireless pro is extremely annoying for me while this 8bitdo is a blessing for me, so I guess the opposite could be true.
That being said, I do grow up with PSX and PS2, so controller that doesn't place both analog in same place as PS controllers are pretty much impossible for me

    • personal preference. Just like Xbox layout vs PlayStation's.

  • thanks got one :)

  • Other than lack of vibration, I'm a fan of this controller. I liked that I could finally have turbo on Switch since some games are just constant pressing of A.

    • This definitely has vibration, just not HD Rumble.

      • maybe jace referring to the weak vibratation as i just saw on one of the youtube review but yeah, vib is vib enough for me

  • Do we need a kogan membership to get free shipping?

    • Nope. Sold and Free shipping by 3rd party (HeyBattery).
