Samsung Trade Up not working on Samsung Education Store?

Just trying to purchase the S21+ atm and i want to trade in my iPhone XR. i got the trade ID and everything and when i tried to checked out it showed an error messge : "Sorry, due to an error, trade-in service is unavailable at the moment"

I've contacted Samsung and they asked me to reach out to Asurion and i've done that twice but they have not responded even though it has been 3 days. Tried basic trouble shooting like using different browser and made another ID.

Did you guys experience this issue?

    I experienced the same on Samsung EPP, did you get it working?

      If you used the trade up app to do it, you need to select the online option and enter your credit card details

        I have tried that several times, and continue to get the error message "Sorry, due to an error, trade-in service is unavailable at the moment". When I try it on my phone via the App, I input my cc details and then get the error message "Sorry, we are having a problem executing your request. Please try again".

    Yes I got it eventually, I just kept trying on different computers (I think from memory I used Chrome on a desktop and it worked)
