It's definitely a little difficult to do an apples to apples comparison between two butchers, as marble score is just one indicator of quality. Also, I haven't personally tried this product from Vic's.
However I will say that our Wagyu Short Rib is basically our flagship meat, and the highest possible quality available. While it may not be the absolute cheapest option, we stand by the quality of all our meats and our customer service.
Another fantastic cut I'd recommend is our 9+ Chuck Tail Flap. This offers exceptional value for the quality we provide (and is priced comparatively to Vic's Flap Meat option).

Looks pretty expensive compared to Vics Meats, for example 180-200g of short rib is $47, whereas Vics has 300g for $50 (both 9+ full blood wagyu). They do free delivery over $125 too.
Always impossible to compare meat from one source to another, but Vics is always incredibly good from what I've had.
